Responsibilities
Office Management : Oversee daily office operations, ensuring smooth functioning and organization.
Communication : Handle incoming calls and emails, redirecting them to the appropriate departments while providing excellent customer service. To include, payment processing and document retrieval and delivery.
Data Entry : Accurately maintain client records and databases to ensure updated information is available for agency processes.
Support Staff : Assist the management and insurance agents with administrative tasks and projects as needed.
Document Preparation : Prepare and manage documents, letters, and reports necessary for business operations.
Requirement
Educational Background : A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
Experience : Previous administrative or secretarial experience is preferred, especially within the insurance industry.
Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with clients and colleagues effectively.
Organizational Skills : Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
