This isn’t your average customer service role — you’ll be the linchpin connecting customers, suppliers, and our internal teams to keep things running smoothly. If you’ve got a knack for details, a drive to deliver, and a passion for helping people, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

• Be the key coordinator for service equipment parts needs — track orders, provide updates, and work with suppliers to keep our service shop flowing.
• Handle purchase orders, warehouse transfers, and order statuses, and keep the service team in the loop.
• Assist with parts returns, stocking, and shipping issues like a pro.
• Build strong customer relationships — from pricing and order entry to handling complaints and correcting billing errors.
• Keep data accurate by entering sales orders, product info, warehouse records, and more.
• Answer customer questions, identify their needs, and work cross-functionally to meet them.
• Help manage the order pick-up process, including unpacking, prepping, and payment processing.

What You Bring to the Table:

• High school diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years relevant customer service experience.
• Excellent phone and communication skills — you know how to keep things clear and professional.
• Previous experience in service and parts department.
• Experience with inventory management and cycle counting.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and computer savvy (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint).
• Bonus points if you know the golf, landscaping, turf maintenance, or irrigation industry.
