At Reinforced Wall Systems, we provide engineered solutions to maximize land use in the areas of concrete walls, block walls, and arched culverts that facilitate construction. Our customers are land developers who are building commercial, industrial, and residential developments.
As the Construction Project Expeditor, you will be responsible for assisting with the functions outlined below as delegated by the Operations Manager in accordance with the customer, suppliers, and job schedule requirements.

What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate paperwork with the jobs, permitting, billing, and customer service.
- Keep up with the job status to ensure paperwork, permits, and billing are all complete and closed timely.
- Work directly with leadership to improve processes and support an aggressive growth plan.
Essential Functions: Responsible for making sure the permits, paperwork, and billing are coordinated:
- Coordinate with 3rd party permitting
- Following up if/when things get stuck or misplaced in the process
- Quality check to ensure the paperwork is complete
- Maintain spreadsheets and Smartsheets.
- Office coordination.
Measures of Success:
- Prompt Customer Service & Communication.
- Billing on time and accurately.
- Maintain Smartsheet - accurate record keeping (billing, change orders).
- Engage in being a part of a healthy culture.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Organization
- Basic office functions: email, filing, phone, etc.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good memory and attention to detail
- Teamwork and the ability to cooperate and work proactively with others.
- Good time management, written and oral communication skills required with the ability to work, interact, and effectively communicate with all levels of leadership, teammates, employees, and customers.
- Self-motivated; working independently or within a team; working under deadlines and pressure; willing to put in extra effort and hours as needed.
- Competent with computer software such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Sense of urgency.
Physical Requirements:
- Requires intermittent standing, walking, sitting, and bending throughout the workday.
