Reinhardt University is currently accepting applications for a Digital Marketing Coordinator.

Position Summary:

The Digital Marketing Coordinator supports and implements enrollment marketing content initiatives related to university branding, messaging, enrollment, recruitment, communications, social media and other activities to promote the university. This role works with a variety of departments to lead enrollment digital marketing content creation through marketing channels including web, email, text, print, direct mail and social media to support enrollment goals. Working closely with internal and external partners, the coordinator will implement engaging content designed to customize messaging to varying potential student populations while ensuring consistency in branding and messaging. Serves as an ambassador of and promotes the University's brand.

Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, creative writing or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in marketing, communications, advertising, or related field.
  • Working knowledge in social media platforms, websites, SEO and SEM and CRM systems.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to meet deadlines.
  • Passion for writing with an understanding of college life, education, career pathways and the needs of the varying types of students.
  • Excellent writing, proofreading, and communication skills with attention to details.
  • Ability to work both autonomously and in a team, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with higher education systems and admissions processes is advantageous.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, CRM, Hootsuite and Google Analytics.
  • Provides customer service-oriented approach to internal and external partners.
  • Preferred knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative, In Design, Photoshop, Illustrator, WordPress.

Primary Responsibilities/Essential Job Functions:

  • Collaborate, coordinate and create content across digital channels and print materials to support consistency in university branding, messaging, recruitment, enrollment and retention efforts.
  • Create targeted content for prospective students and stakeholders, integrating personalization strategies to enhance engagement and effectively communicate the value proposition of Reinhardt University.
  • Maintain university website content and updates to leverage SEO best practices and support strategic SEM campaigns.
  • Coordinate design and production of print and digital communications, including direct mail publications, collateral materials, web content, email marketing campaigns, advertising and social media messaging.
  • Develop, curate and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Work in collaboration with recruitment and communications with a response network for continued engagement.
  • Proofread and edit content to ensure consistency, accuracy, and readability.
  • Leverage data sources to measure effectiveness and optimization of deployed content strategies related to varying digital channels, web, email, text, print and social media.
  • Build, manage and execute responsive communication plans using the college's recruitment customer relationship management (CRM) system. Discern campaign performance metrics and measure post-implementation effectiveness.

  • Must be a strong team player who takes initiative, self-motivated, and service-oriented, and personable.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of current and emerging technology and practices.
  • Be proactive in approach in working with others and communicate effectively.

Work Environment/Physical Requirements of the Job:

This position is located within a general office environment. Must be able to sit at a desk and work consistently at a computer for a minimum of 4-6 hours a day. Must be able to walk between buildings on campus and climb stairs. Position requires local travel between the campus and off-campus sites to perform required duties, attend meetings, and to fulfill other responsibilities. Ability to move from one office to another office on campus. Ability to exert up to twenty (20) pounds of force by occasionally transporting boxes, handouts, files, or other materials. Ability to receive detailed information from others through oral communication. Adequate vision, hearing and manual dexterity to interact with people in person, on the phone and in writing. Job takes place in normal environmental conditions. Position requires the ability to work flexible hours including non-standard work hours (nights and weekends).
