- Recruiting & Onboarding
- Create and execute strategies for talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
- Conduct employee onboarding and oversee training for new associates.
- Employee Relations and Coaching
- Provide support to employees on HR-related topics and resolve issues.
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
- Benefits Administration
- Administer compensation and benefit plans.
- Manage leave of absence, FMLA, workers comp, and unemployment.
- Performance Management
- Undertake tasks around performance management.
- Organize and assist with annual employee performance reviews.
- Company Culture
- Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues, applying new perks, and organizing team building activities.
- Training and Development
- Develop, organize, and oversee training and development initiatives.
- Oversee succession planning for the organization.
- HR Metrics and Data Management
- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics.
