Job Contributions and Key Responsibilities
Inventory Administration
Administer and train associates on but not limited to mobile app, requisitions, sales orders, receipts and inventory administration Validate consignment inventory Validate non-consignment inventory Maintain materials / supplies delivery processing Store and Warehouse Administration
Assign, prioritize and monitor activities and operating standards to ensure efficient store operations Provide feedback to associates to reward, coach, correct and motivate Provide guidance and training of associates on inventory management, including purging, stocking and deliveries Ensure proper organization and categorization of the warehouse, yard and dry storage Ensure effective processing of all merchandise Maintain expected stock levels to all store sections Monitor and manager inventory controls Identifies and resolve problems. Communicate item changes and create updates using defined processes Coordinates with Accounts Payable department to resolve invoicing inaccuracies Ensure effective processing of all merchandise Perform monthly inventory audit / reconciliation Release of new items into Oracle System Process min-max items for requisitions import Always maintain the highest level of customer service Compliance and Safety
Ensure compliance with all DSA, RBI Federal, State and local regulations (E.G. quality assurance, safety, operations and personnel) Ensure standards and procedures for the handling and storage of hazardous materials and / or waste Maintain clean and safe workplace Post proper signage for dangerous material Ensure team is using proper protection equipment and tools and performs activities in a safe manner Track pesticides regulations records Provide license and permits to vendors when needed Supervise Forklift Drivers
Monitor staff performance and provide feedback Ensure warehouse staff follow safety procedures Schedule activities and time associated Manage time and attendance Other
Other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Knowledge of Production lines Knowledge of agricultural inventory processes Solid Organizational skills Exceptional communication skills written and verbal Excellent customer and personal service Use logic and reasoning Consider the costs and benefits of potential action and making a decision Basic mathematical skills Education Level : High School Diploma or equivalent
Years of Experience : 2-3 Years overall in inventory administration and customer service
Specializations, Certifications and Specific Experience :
Agriculture inventory - preferred Licenses : If driving is a necessary part of a job employees are required to possess a valid driver's license.

English : Spanish : 85-95% Necessary Software :
Microsoft Office Suite - Intermediate Pay Scale : $28.00 - $31.00
