Rejuvenating Fertility Center is Manhattan and Connecticutʼs first non-conventional IVF center, founded by world-renowned Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility Specialist Dr. Zaher Merhi. Although Dr. Merhi has served Manhattan residents as an award-winning fertility expert for over 10 years, he has seen the shift in demands from his patients for excellent fertility centers (using non-conventional treatments) outside of the major cities. That is why he opened New RFC locations in Connecticut, Long Island, Westchester and Brooklyn.
Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist
Perform the following duties:
• Manage the Directors' calendar and daily schedule
• Make appointments and schedule
• Answer calls in a prompt and professional manner
• Direct calls to appropriate staff members
• Respond to emails, as needed.
• Perform office tasks including printing, filing, faxing, etc.
• Prepare and coordinate materials for meetings
• Maintain medical electronic and hard files
• Assist with office phone reception
• Manage inventory
• Assist with data entry and filing
• Run office errands, as needed
• Offer general assistance, as needed
Requirements:
• Experience in administrative role within a medical office setting
• Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Extremely organized and detail oriented
• Ability to problem solve and think logically
• Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and use good judgment
• Flexibility and ability to embrace change
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills
• Excellent Internet research skills
• Mature, discreet, and able to maintain confidentiality
• Must be able to function productively and effectively with autonomy
Location / Hours:
• Columbus Circle; Mon-Fri
Compensation:
• $22.00 - $25.00 hourly; based upon education and experience
