Job Summary
The Patient Contact Coordinator is responsible for achieving the following goals: (1) overall site bookings (2) phone productivity metrics (3) patient review acquisition goals and (4) overall patient satisfaction. The PCC exemplifies our core values.

Duties/Responsibilities:
· Greeting clients, answering phones, replying to emails, taking messages, scheduling patients, filing documents both electronically and manually, processing payments, reconciling sales, monitoring inventory, uploading photos, and maintaining the security and confidentiality of patient information.
· Collecting Google and Yelp patient reviews.
· Provide RejuvenationMD clients information on a diverse range of aesthetic and wellness services offered by RejuvenationMD.
· Sell RejuvenationMD clients retail skin care products that best suits their needs. All clients will be educated on home/after care and the expectation is that retail sales will equal 10% of gross sales.
· Assist with thorough consultations for RejuvenationMD clients following standardized protocol and utilizing the VISIA Complexion Analysis System. Each client will have their photos updated as required, and progress of each client will be shown to them and the management of RejuvenationMD as necessary. VISIA will always be used except in the case when a treatment is being done off-face, such as hair removal on the arms or Body Contouring.
· Assist with documenting and filing of all RejuvenationMD client consultations in an Electronic Health Record in accordance with standardized protocol promoted and/or taught by RejuvenationMD.
· Conduct follow-up client contact when necessary in a timely manner. Any potential negative issues should be reported to the office manager and/or owner immediately.
· Maintain a high level of expertise in all aspects of skin care through participation in continuing education that has been approved and/or scheduled by the office manager.
· Perform additional training for RejuvenationMD staff as applicable following any specialized personal training which may be conducted on or off site.
· Assist with additional clinic duties as required. This may include, but is not limited to, basic treatment room cleaning following procedures, light office cleaning, laundry, assisting other RejuvenationMD employees, etc.
· Promote a cooperative, friendly, and professional work environment.
Required Skills/Abilities:
· Familiarity with company policies and legal guidelines of the field.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
· Good knowledge of MS office.
· Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Education and Experience:
· High school diploma required.
· Experience in a receptionist or sales role preferred.
Physical Requirements:
· Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
· Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
· Prolonged periods of standing for up to 8 hours at a time.
Travel Required:
Potential travel to other locations occasionally.
