What We're Looking For:
- Proven Leadership: 5 Years of Sales Management Experience or an equivalent of 5 years in sales. Demonstrated success in leading sales teams and surpassing revenue goals.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies tailored to the regional market.
- Team Focus: A passion for understanding needs and providing exceptional solutions to the rest of the team.
- Innovative Spirit: Willingness to embrace new ideas and approaches to drive sales innovation.
- Excellent Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with clients and motivate your team.
- CRM Experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar spreadsheet and presentation software
What You Will Do:
- Work alongside our Chief Branding Officer and Sales Manager to increase the growth and profitability of our clinics.
- Collaborate and assign projects to our Administrative Marketing Assistant.
- Work with and train our Business Development Leads to drive their growth and success.
- Work with Sales Manager to maintain accurate forecasting within Hubspot and assure that the pipeline is always up to date.
- Ensure that our West East Coast offices and representatives exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas.
- Strategize and create new opportunities with corporate accounts in assigned territory.
- Setting Sales Targets: Establish clear and achievable sales goals for your team, aligning them with the overall business objectives.
- Performance Evaluation: Assess the performance of individual team members, providing feedback, conducting performance reviews, and implementing improvement plans.
