Job Overview: We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at our luxury medical spa. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere while efficiently managing administrative tasks. You will provide excellent customer service, manage appointment scheduling, and assist with daily spa operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Schedule and confirm client appointments using the spa’s scheduling software
- Provide information on spa services, pricing, and promotions to potential and existing clients
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, and payment transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain the appearance of the front desk and lobby area, ensuring a clean and inviting environment
- Manage client records and ensure accurate data entry of personal and payment information
- Assist in managing spa supplies and inventory as needed
- Support spa team members with administrative tasks and coordination
- Ensure compliance with spa policies, procedures, and safety standards
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in hospitality, administration, or related fields is a plus
- Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk staff, or customer service role preferred (experience in a spa, salon, or medical environment is a plus)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency with computers, including scheduling software and payment systems
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and a commitment to providing high-quality customer service
