- Strategic Initiatives: Develop go-to-market strategies to foster partnerships with key stakeholders in the healthcare sector, ensuring alignment with our mission and growth objectives.
- Collaboration Building: Work closely with clinical, product, and operations teams to design scalable, sustainable partnership models.
- Market Research: Conduct comprehensive research on healthcare systems, community organizations, and provider networks to identify opportunities for impactful collaborations.
- ROI Analysis: Create data-driven case studies that demonstrate the value of ReKlame Health’s services to partners.
- Community Engagement: Lead initiatives to strengthen relationships with local organizations, healthcare systems, and communities to improve access to behavioral health services.
- Metrics & Optimization: Track and analyze partnership outcomes, synthesizing insights to refine strategies for sustained growth and impact.
- Stakeholder Advocacy: Support efforts to turn successful partners into advocates for broader adoption of ReKlame Health’s model of care.
- Current Enrollment: Currently enrolled in or graduated from a leading MBA program, with a focus on healthcare, strategy, or related disciplines.
- Strategic Experience: At least 3 years of experience in strategy consulting, business development, or a related field.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, interpret trends, and develop actionable strategies based on findings.
- Problem-Solving: A track record of creative problem-solving and the ability to think critically in ambiguous situations.
- GRIT: Proven success in navigating fast-paced, dynamic environments with shifting priorities.
