Warehouse Administrative Assistant Job Duties
- Detail oriented, data entry, Strong Excel skills
- Checking and recording receipt of goods
- Input inventory data into systems accurately and quickly
- Working with the Warehouse, production and other departments; receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods to ensure efficiency and accuracy in inventory management.
- Update products that may expire
- Prepare reports for warehouse stock administration
- Adhere to safety and health regulations within the warehouse environment, working with regular safety and training sessions for staff.
- Assist warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, to ensure a productive environment
- Prepare reports on warehouse operations, inventory levels, and order fulfillment rates to identify areas for improvement.
- Liaise with transportation and internal departments to resolve any shipping or receiving issues, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods.
- Work with warehouse manager to ensure all areas of the warehouse are working efficiently and effectively
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an assistant or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.)
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
