Job Summary
We are looking for a Business Development/Marketing Sales Specialist with commonalities to a Sales Support Specialist role, who will provide assistance and support to the sales team and the President of Rel Comm by responding to customer inquiries, processing orders, maintaining sales-related databases and generating quotes. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth sales operations and customer satisfaction. In addition, the role will be responsible for updating our website marketing, registering for customer events and trade shows, building a social media presence and owning the marketing relationships with our vendors and their vendor marketing programs. Additional responsibilities include organizing, maintaining and editing customer documents, floor plans, asset reports.
Qualifications
- Proven work experience in a sales or business development role.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills
- Multitasking and analytical skills
- Teamwork and motivation skills
- BS degree in marketing or associates degree in relevant field a plus.
- Experience in TigerPaw/Rev.IO PSA helpful.
