Normally Reports to: Branch Manager
Job Objective: Provide equipment technician services to customers in a safe, cost effective, timely, and professional manner.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: In addition to the essential job functions described below, all associates will perform duties requested by management. Assigned responsibilities and duties may vary based upon location size and operation.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude.
- Able to understand and apply company policies and procedures in the areas of safety, health, and environmental.
- Effectively maintain up to date and accurate repair logs.
- Responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing of all RelaDyne equipment.
- Repair equipment in the most cost-effective manner.
- Diagnose equipment problems and communicate issues with department manager.
- Properly fill out all requests for parts form and document all parts and time on job sheets.
- Strong aptitude to use a variety of different tools needed to effectively complete the equipment set up.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Follow SOP's (Standard Operating Procedures) for Fuel and Lube Equipment.
- Effectively update the customer repair spread sheet in a timely manner.
- Effectively set up proper Fuel, Lube, or DEF equipment at new customer site.

Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a mechanical role or equivalent is required
- Previous experience in the gas or fuel industry is preferred
Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to outdoor weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
