Dining Experience Coordinator
We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at Relais & Châteaux, where you will play a key role in creating unforgettable dining experiences for our guests.
Accountabilities
- Culinary Operations:
- Assist the executive chef and other culinary staff in managing daily kitchen operations, including receiving and stocking supplies.
- Contribute to the development of new recipes and menu items, working closely with the culinary team.
- Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the culinary team, dining room service managers, and sommelier to ensure seamless communication and execution of special requests and menu changes.
- Read and respond to guest special requests and dietary needs, modifying recipes/orders as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Essential Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within a fine dining establishment.
- Ability to read and follow recipes, proficiency in preparing, cooking, and plating food.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with flexibility to work varied shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Frequent standing, occasional bending, reaching, and moving objects up to 50 pounds.
