Relate Search is partnered with a leading global Law Firm to identify their next Business Development Manager. This is a well known, innovative, and dynamic organization in high growth mode.
Responsibilities
- Lead RFPs and pitches, including coordination with other business developers and drafting original content.
- Identify, develop, and work with coordinators to maintain key messages and proof points for the practice group and integrate across both website and materials.
- Support hosted business development events, working closely with internal participants and the Marketing team for invite lists, materials, follow-up activities, etc.
- Identify and facilitate key profile-building opportunities including sponsorships, conferences, memberships and other opportunities for the team.
- Draft internal communications and presentations for leadership.
- Contribute to BD targeting and cross-sell initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 7 years' prior professional services industry related business development experience
- Previous business development/marketing experience in a law firm setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
- Focused and goal-oriented
