Key Responsibilities:

• Operations & Maintenance: Oversee daily operations, coordinate with maintenance teams, and keep everything in top shape.
• Resident Experience: Build a strong sense of community by addressing resident needs, organizing events, and ensuring five-star service.
• Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-effective solutions without compromising luxury standards.
• Team Leadership: Support, train, and guide your team to maintain a high-performance culture.
• Compliance & Safety: Stay ahead of regulations, conduct inspections, and implement safety protocols.

$90,000 - $100,000 Discretionary Bonus

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of luxury property management experience, including operations and resident relations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field (preferred); Real Estate License may be required.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, expense control, and financial reporting.
• Expertise in vendor/contractor management, compliance, and local housing regulations.
• Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, MRI, RealPage).
