As the Property & Leasing Coordinator , you'll play a pivotal role in curating experiences for those who seek nothing but the best.
Leasing Administrative Duties:
- Administrative Functions:
- Maintain organization and efficiency in the leasing office, ensuring adequate office supplies and materials are available.
- Organize and upload lease documents and other relevant paperwork into appropriate systems.
- Manage move-in/out correspondence and scheduling, coordinating between residents, staff, and external vendors.
- Facilitate coordination between the maintenance and leasing teams to conduct a thorough apartment inspection after a move-out is completed and before a new resident’s move-in. This ensures the unit is fully prepared and presented in optimal condition for tours and new residents.
- Leasing Support:
- Assist leasing agents by processing lease applications, including performing credit and background checks for prospective renters, ensuring all documentation is collected and verified.
- Generate and deliver electronic residential leases through the RentCafe platform.
- Complete lease and renewal documents, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure that payments are processed through Yardi Voyager, coordinating with residents on payment schedules and methods if needed.
- Tour prospective residents around available units (if necessary), providing in-depth knowledge of the property’s amenities, services, and layout.
- Provide daily traffic reports to senior management, detailing the number of inquiries, tours, and leases signed.
- Reception/Concierge Functions:
- Act as the first point of contact for prospects and residents, answering all incoming phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
- Respond to inquiries, provide information about the property, and schedule tours or follow-up appointments.
- Distributing all leads
- Input all prospect information into Salesforce and update leasing staff on the status of appointments and prospect criteria.
- Maintain a professional, welcoming atmosphere at the leasing office.
- Maintain professional relationships with external housing partners such as Blueground and Churchill, ensuring all leasing processes are seamless and well-coordinated.
- Addendums (Storage/Bike/Pets):
- Manage and update addendums related to storage, bike storage, and pet agreements.
- Ensure these agreements are properly documented and integrated into lease agreements where necessary, even if provided as a concession.
- Special Projects:
- Assist AGM with events if additional support is requested.
- Take on special projects as assigned by senior management, ensuring they are completed on time and meet expectations.
- Collaborate with other team members or departments as needed.

COMPENSATION
- $28.84 / hourly
SCHEDULE
- Available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in leasing, specifically in a luxury lease-up setting (preferably in Class A Property Management, Residential luxury sales, or luxury goods).
- College degree or coursework preferred.
- Proficiency in working with computers, including Microsoft Office, calendar management, software/database, and social media.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service, and organizational skills.
- Strong closing skills.
- Proficient in managing an internal applicant database.
- Available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
- Committed to obtaining a real estate license.
- Yardi or similar software experience preferred.
- Prior experience in leasing, sales, or hospitality preferred.
- Experience with affordable housing programs preferred.
