Responsibilities
Related is seeking a Leasing Director to assist with the day-to-day managing of leasing operations within our mixed income residential properties, totaling approx. 2,790 conventional and income-restricted units, across six mixed income sites in the Chicago Region.

Responsibilities include :
- Develop and oversee leasing and marketing strategy for the portfolio, communicate effectiveness of existing platforms and / or suggest alternative options
- Prepares and presents site specific and regional reporting on property leasing and market performance to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Analyze market and occupancy trends to identify changing market conditions, and implement changes to pricing / marketing as needed
- Assist in preparation of annual budgets & lease up budgets
- Monitor leasing performance in relation to each site's target goals
- Track marketing avenues, oversee marketing campaigns and monitor traffic results
- Oversee pricing efforts to secure the competitive rents in the current market while encouraging resident retention
- Regularly update the property and marketing websites
- Review, approve and countersign leases and lease renewals
- Interview, on-board and train new Leasing Staff
