Are you an experienced maintenance professional with a passion for excellence and an enthusiasm for travel? As a Multi-Site Maintenance Supervisor for Shawnee Village and Country Villages , you'll have the opportunity to support a portfolio of residential properties, traveling to various sites to uphold Related’s high standards of quality and care.

The Multi-Site Maintenance Supervisor for Shawnee Village and Country Villages serves as a key leader and ambassador for our company, exemplifying our Core Values while working hands-on to support Maintenance Technicians at Shawnee Village & Country Villages. From making repairs to ensuring safe and welcoming environments for our residents, your contributions will be instrumental in fostering vibrant communities.

  • Assist in completing work orders from resident service requests by diagnosing issues and making repairs in accordance with established policies and safety standards.
  • Oversee the "make-ready" process for vacant apartments, including conducting inspections, creating maintenance task lists, scheduling contractors, obtaining supplies, and ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Develop and maintain cleanliness and appearance standards throughout the community, ensuring all areas, including grounds and common spaces, reflect the company’s high quality.
  • Provide direction, guidance, and supervision to all maintenance staff, including implementing weekly work schedules.
  • Inspect the building and property daily, addressing safety issues promptly.
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance and respond to emergency repairs after hours.
  • Make budget recommendations for maintenance line items to the Community Manager.
  • Order and maintain inventory of building materials and supplies.
  • Coordinate with contractors and vendors to obtain bids for repairs and replacements.
  • Ensure the general upkeep of building common areas and grounds.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Anticipated salary range:
$60,000 USD per year

This range is provided as a general guideline and reflects what we reasonably expect to pay for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary depending on a variety of factors, including the candidate’s qualifications, geographical location, and the specific responsibilities of the role. In addition to salary, this position may be eligible for performance bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

Final compensation offers will be determined following a thorough assessment of the candidate’s background and the requirements of the position.

Qualifications:
POSITION REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS:

3 years of experience in general maintenance.
2 years of direct supervisory experience.
Strong skills in HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and electrical/appliance repairs.
General knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Affordable housing experience preferred.
Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
High school diploma or equivalent; certification in a related trade preferred.
Must be able to participate in the emergency on-call rotation as needed.
