As part of our expansion, we’re seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Field Operations supervisor to help lead operations in one of our high-demand territories.

Your Responsibilities:
Oversee a team of field technicians, ensuring they check in and out of jobs on time and complete their tasks effectively.
Confirm technician hours and job details while maintaining clear and professional communication.
Operational Management:
Monitor and manage daily maintenance schedules for up to 35 jobs across the territory.
Ensure all services are completed to the highest standards, meeting or exceeding tenant expectations.
Quality Control:
Verify the quality of work performed and address any issues promptly to maintain tenant satisfaction.
Collaborate with other departments to troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges.
Process Optimization:
Implement and refine processes to maximize efficiency and productivity in your territory.
Provide insights and feedback to leadership to enhance operations.
What We’re Looking For:
Background in construction, residential maintenance, or project/operations management.
Proven ability to manage teams and high-volume operations.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities in a high-pressure environment.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
Proficiency in operational software and technology for scheduling and reporting.
