Southwestern Behavioral Healthcare is currently seeking a Full-Time CSS Residential Programs Supervisor to join our team of professionals. This position provides supervision and coordination of staff and services in assigned CSS Residential programs (Supported Group Living [SGL] and/or ASAM 3.1 Dual Diagnosis home). As well as overall clinical management of residents living in assigned homes.

WHAT IS THIS POSITION RESPONSIBLE FOR?
- Supervise and coordinate the overall operation of assigned homes.
- Assist with the coordination of client-based appointments.
- Monitor employee productivity and cultivate development of staff strengths and skillsets on a regular basis through modeling and instruction of best practices.
- Ensure that SGL Integrated Skills Assistant documentation adheres to standardized expectations and support ISAs in correcting concerns through development of relevant skillsets.
- Complete accurate, thorough, and timely clinical documentation.
- Actively participate in department meetings to facilitate strong collaboration within and between programs.
- Plan and supervise completion of household activities and responsibilities by assigning duties to staff as appropriate.
OTHER ACTIVITIES:
- Provide backup assistance and supervision to other services in SGL as assigned.
- Perform other house duties.
WHAT'S REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION?
- Bachelor's degree in a mental health related field.
- Must be an Other Behavioral Healthcare Provider (OBHP).
- Minimum of two years of experience working with long-term psychiatric patients.
- Must have valid driver's license, auto insurance that meets the Indiana State minimum coverage requirement, and qualify for Company's vehicle liability insurance.
- Candidates must pass required background checks including county/state checks, sex offender registry check, and drug screen.
