Key Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of maintenance/facilities experience, with affordable housing/residential experience preferred.
- A schedule of 24 hours per week, working Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
- Experience with Real Page OneSite software is an asset.
- The ability to work our emergency on-call rotation as needed and lift up to 50 pounds, as well as stand for extended periods.
