WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING AS A RESIDENT SERVICES COORDINATOR
Establish relationships with service organizations and social service agencies in your community, connecting them to resident needs to enhance overall well-being.
Educate residents and staff on available community resources such as case management, meals-on-wheels, transportation, etc.
Partner with social service organizations to develop programs and initiatives that directly benefit the resident community.
Monitor delivery of resident services to ensure they are appropriate and timely.
Establish relationships with and provide reporting to service providers as needed.
Assist residents in creating informal support networks among themselves with family and friends.
Coordinate educational events for resident benefit and engagement, as appropriate.
Create volunteer support programs with service organizations in the community.
COMPENSATION
$28.00-$30.00 / hour
performance based bonus
Qualifications:
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
You have at least a year experience in service management, including organizing, problem-solving, and advocacy. Associate’s Degree in Social Work, Gerontology, and Psychology, Public Health or related field preferred; however, experienced professionals without a degree are also encouraged to apply.
