What You’ll Do
As the Site Manager, you’ll be the backbone of everything to separate our park. Your responsibilities include:
Daily Tasks
- Warmly answering and managing all incoming tenant inquiries (calls, emails, and messages) with a 90% response rate.
- Processing bookings, move-ins, and move-outs.
- Ensuring tenant satisfaction with timely communication and professional handling of billing, refunds, and mail management.
- Conducting daily walkthroughs to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all guests.
Weekly & Monthly Focus
- Cleaning and preparing container homes for new guests.
- Engaging the local community by handing out flyers, maintaining social media presence, and posting listings on platforms like Facebook Marketplace.
- Creating a proactive, solutions-driven approach to property maintenance, and cleanliness.
- Collaborating with maintenance members to address any park issues.
- Recording occupancy and maintenance updates, and submitting reports to leadership.
What Success Looks Like
- Occupancy: 90% tiny home occupancy and 70% RV site occupancy.
- Satisfaction: Maintaining 4 star reviews on Google and other platforms.
- Engagement: A reliable, responsive presence to address tenant needs quickly and with care.
Compensation: Base salary of $2,200/month Lots of Bonuses | Free utilities included (excluding lot rent)
What We Offer

- Competitive Pay: Base salary of $2,200/month → paid $1,100 on the 1st & 15th.
- Bonuses - Monthly:
- Earn up to $1,000 extra for container home occupancy bonus
- Earn up to $700 extra for RV occupancy
- Earn up to $100 for 95% answer rate on inbound calls
