Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to attract, select, and hire qualified candidates for Relax & Company. This role works in close collaboration with the HR team and hiring managers to ensure staffing needs are met and aligned with company goals. Utilizing the ADP Recruitment Management System (ATS), the Talent Acquisition Specialist oversees job postings, candidate screening, and coordination of interviews, while promoting an exceptional candidate experience.
This position represents Relax & Company at job fairs and external recruitment events, promoting the organization as an employer of choice.
Primary Duties:
- Partner with the HR team and hiring managers to assess staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies for internal and external candidates.
- Manage job postings and applicant flow through the ADP Recruitment Management System (ATS), ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements, company culture, and business objectives.
- Facilitate and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Support internal mobility by managing internal job postings and assisting with the evaluation of internal candidates for promotion or new roles.
- Represent Relax & Company at job fairs and recruitment events to attract external talent and promote the company’s employer brand.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive and professional experience for both internal and external applicants.
- Coordinate pre-employment screenings, including reference checks and background verifications, and assist with onboarding activities in collaboration with the HR team.
- Maintain accurate records and recruitment metrics in the ADP ATS, providing regular updates to the HR Director.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, and company policies during all phases of the recruitment process.
Skills:
Technical Skills:
- Proficient with Google Workspace tools, including Google Docs and Google Sheets.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience using ADP Workforce Now® Recruitment Module (ATS) or comparable applicant tracking systems.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and online recruitment platforms.

- Minimum of 3 years of full cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, screening, and managing internal and external candidate pipelines.
- Experience using ADP Workforce Now® Recruitment Module (ATS) or a comparable applicant tracking system preferred.
- Prior recruiting experience in construction, skilled trades, facilities services, or related industries such as concierge services, cleaning services, small projects, or masonry is highly desirable.
Licenses & Certificates:
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred.
- Valid driver’s license required.
Physical Requirements & Abilities:
- Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for extended periods.
- Ability to stand for extended periods during job fairs and recruitment events.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs., including recruitment materials, displays, and event setup items.
- Ability to travel locally and regionally to attend job fairs, recruitment events, and visit job sites as needed.
- Ability to walk job sites as required, including outdoor environments and uneven surfaces.
- Visual acuity to read and analyze information on a computer screen and in printed documents.
- Manual dexterity for computer work, typing, and handling recruitment materials.
