What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Administrative Assistant position at Relax Spa and Beauty?
We are looking for detail oriented professional with a positive personality, great communication, sales and customer service skills. An excellent candidate would have experience working in a spa or salon with the ability to exercise basic mathematic skills. Our primary needs would require you to work 2-3 shifts per week, Wednesday 10-2 and Saturday 2-7. In addition , you must have the ability to use excel, salon software, create and post basic content.
Responsibilities may Include:
Book phone and online appointments.
Update social media platforms.
Assist/ Manage spa room rentals
Administrative duties such as filing and tracking sales on excel.
Manage sales and service productivity and quality of services
Manage online sales and shipping.
Manage emails and email communications.
Sell products and services to meet daily goals.
Work well with our team.
Help maintain compliance requirements.
Maintain decorum and sanitary work spaces.
Assist owner with monthly productivity tracking.
Offer quality client care and customer service.
Service and retail sales.
Job type: Part-time 10-15 hours per week. Position pays hourly and commission.
