As a Senior Scientist, you'll play a key role in shaping and executing translational programs. Working collaboratively, you'll help advance small molecule therapeutics from discovery through clinical development. Your expertise in precision oncology, rare diseases, and biomarker strategies will directly impact patient outcomes.
Your Role
- Drive translational strategies within multi-disciplinary teams to optimize patient selection, target engagement, pharmacodynamics, and dose optimization.
- Design and implement biomarker-driven approaches for clinical trials, including companion diagnostics and proof-of-mechanism studies.
- Oversee the outsourcing and validation of clinical biomarker assays, ensuring high-quality, reproducible data to support decision-making.
- Analyze biomarker data to assess clinical efficacy signals, patient response variability, and mechanistic insights.
- Represent Translational Medicine on clinical trial teams, aligning biomarker strategies with program objectives.
- Present key findings at internal meetings, scientific conferences, and through peer-reviewed publications.
