Position Summary:
We are excited to invite you to join our team as a Spa Attendant. Spa Attendants play a vital role in creating an exceptional experience for our guests by maintaining a pristine, inviting atmosphere across our facilities, ensuring all areas are “guest ready” throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facility Cleanliness: Perform housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and welcoming environment in locker rooms, restrooms, common areas, and our Bliss area.
- Area Refresh & Staging: Regularly refresh and stage locker rooms, steam rooms, sauna, salt room, pool, and lounge areas.
- Refreshments: Replenish water, tea, and other amenities as needed to enhance the guest experience.
- Laundry Management: Sort, launder, and organize linens and towels to ensure a constant supply of fresh items for our guests.
- Guest-Ready Sweeps: Conduct continuous sweeps of all areas to keep facilities impeccably maintained and ready for guests at all times.
- Guest Support: Assist guests with special requests, providing warm and responsive hospitality to enhance their experience.
- Team Collaboration: Work diligently to support the Release team’s culture and philosophy across the property.
- Policy Adherence: Follow all departmental and company policies to maintain the highest standard of service.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Attention to Detail: Strong observational skills to maintain high cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage and prioritize tasks to ensure continuous facility readiness and cleanliness.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to be on your feet for extended periods, perform light lifting, bending, and cleaning tasks.
- Effective Communication: Clear and polite communication skills to assist guests and work collaboratively with the team.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning and sanitizing protocols for shared spaces.
- Prior experience in a spa, hospitality, or customer service role is a plus, but not required.
