Position Summary:
The Outreach Coordinator plays a vital role in expanding our community presence and patient base. This dynamic role involves engaging with the public, setting up and conducting health talks, organizing community events, and handling social media and promotional materials. The ideal candidate is outgoing, self-motivated, organized, and passionate about health and wellness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Outreach & Follow-Up:
- Call and follow up with leads generated from Facebook and other digital ads
- Schedule consultations and drive lead conversion
- Health Talks & Community Engagement:
- Set up and conduct community health talks and “Lunch and Learns”
- Organize and represent the practice at local events, health fairs, and expos
- Build relationships with local businesses, schools, and organizations
- Social Media & Marketing:
- Manage and grow our social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Create graphics, flyers, and promotional materials using basic design tools (Canva, etc.)
- Promote upcoming events and highlight community involvement
- Office Support:
- Fill in for office team members when needed (front desk, phone support, etc.)
- Assist with basic administrative tasks and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a love for connecting with people
- Self-starter with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in social media platforms and basic graphic design tools
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for events
- Previous experience in customer service, marketing, or health/wellness preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Canva or similar design platforms
- Background or interest in health, wellness, chiropractic, or fitness industries
- Sales or outreach experience is a plus
Schedule:
- Primarily Monday to Thursday, occasional evenings or weekends for events

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 35 per week
