The Role
As a Mid Market Account Executive, you will target companies with 250-2000 employees, selling to senior leaders and helping them leverage AI to reduce manual effort. This role requires a consultative approach to sales, managing complex deal cycles and positioning our agentic AI horizontal platform across multiple business functions.
Your Impact
- Sell to Mid-Market customers (inbound and outbound), particularly in high-growth industries and run the sales cycle from prospect to close.
- Engage senior leaders to understand their business challenges and run effective discoveries, as well as product demonstrations.
- Close new business and achieve quota attainment consistently.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline in HubSpot, accurately forecasting revenue and executing strategic outbound and inbound sales approaches.
