#1. Must have exp using AutoCad and Microstation with Revit being a big plus
#2. Must have exp designing specification renderings to be used in support of bridge and vertical structures.
#3. Must have at least 3yrs of CAD Tech exp.
#4. No more than 3 jobs in the last 10yrs

Requirements Of The CAD Technician – Structures
- At least 3 years of experience in a CAD Technician role
- Proficient in MicroStation or AutoCAD, with a preference for structural applications
- Familiarity with Revit through education or experience is highly valued
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Dedicated to delivering high-quality work efficiently to satisfy project managers, clients, and project specifications
- Proven capability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to meet client service requirements and project timelines; willingness to work additional hours when necessary
- 100% in-office role.
