Requirements For The Senior Operational Planning Analyst
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field, with over 7 years of experience in a financial institution.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, SQL, and VBA. Familiarity with industry-specific technology systems for data collection, problem-solving, and understanding IT system requests.
- Required experience as a Business Analyst. Skills in business intelligence tools and analytical methods are desirable. Experience in loan operations or global markets is preferred. Understanding of wholesale banking business processes is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of global and local banking regulations, including BIS and FED regulations, particularly related to operational risk management.
- Familiarity with accounting standards (IFRS, US GAAP) and their application in banking.
- Basic audit skills and knowledge of internal control frameworks such as COSO.
- Project management experience or background as a business consultant.
- Logical thinker with strong collaboration skills.
- Effective communicator with the ability to influence key stakeholders in supporting strategies, process improvements, and operational decisions.
- Experience in testing and mapping business processes and protocols.
- Hybrid (expected to be in office at 3 days a week)
