Prioritized Must Have Skills for the Vice President, Water & Wastewater Engineering :
1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline (advanced degree preferred); Texas Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
2. Extensive background in water and wastewater engineering, with a proven track record of leading large-scale projects for municipalities and public agencies in the Central Texas region (City of Austin experience preferred).
Requirements of the Vice President, Water & Wastewater Engineering :
- Education & Professional Credentials : Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline (advanced degree preferred); Texas Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- Technical & Leadership Experience : Extensive background in water and wastewater engineering, with a proven track record of leading large-scale projects for municipalities and public agencies in the Central Texas region (City of Austin experience preferred).
- Business Acumen : Demonstrated success in identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, managing budgets, and steering the financial performance of engineering services.
- Collaboration & Communication : Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and champion organizational goals.
