Prioritized Must Have Skills for the Water Resources - Senior Project Manager :
1. A minimum of 10 years of related professional experience
2. Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, or similar degree
3. Professional Engineer license (VA) with ability to obtain in other states as required
4. Previous experience with managing teams of multiple engineers
5. Proficiency with H & H modeling software such as HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, HEC-1, HY-8, Flowmaster
Requirements of the Water Resources - Senior Project Manager :
- A minimum of 10 years of related professional experience
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, or similar degree
- Professional Engineer license (VA) with ability to obtain in other states as required
- Previous experience with managing teams of multiple engineers
- Self-motivated individual that can handle multiple projects & responsibilities while helping the firm's water resources practice grow and develop
- Ability to adapt to varying regulatory standards among many jurisdictions.
- Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills
- Strong quality control skills and attention to detail
- Expert mathematical / analytical skills
- Proficiency with H & H modeling software such as HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, HEC-1, HY-8, Flowmaster
