Responsibilities:
- Reviews analyzes and evaluates user needs to create solutions that support overall business strategies
- Documents requirements, defines scope and objectives, and creates specifications that drive development and implementation
- Function as a liaison between IT and users and have both business and technical expertise
- Lead requirements users stories through Agile sprints and works autonomously
- Help business develop, integrate, and maximize the value of IT systems
- Manage IT initiatives and large-scale projects
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in business, information technology or equivalent field
- Active TSA Badge/EOD highly preferred
- Experience problem solving and idea creation to improve IT systems function
- A track record of using strategic advice/planning to achieve complex goals
- IT systems integration and process improvement experience
- Effective communication skills, particularly in presentations
- Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and engaging manner
- Understand customer requirements and business objectives
- Proven IT business analyst and project management experience
- Knowledge of Secure Flight or Vetting Systems is preferred
- Interpreting and contextualizing strategy for clients operational needs
- Must be able to travel to Annapolis Junction, MD a minimum of 2 days per week

The annual salary range for this position is $100,000 to $110,000. Actual compensation will depend on a range of factors, including but not limited to the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, certifications, location, other business and organizational needs, and applicable employment laws. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
