Responsibilities:
- Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates user needs to create systems solutions that support overall business strategies
- Writes User stories and Acceptance Criteria
- Manage SAFe team ceremonies
- Function as a liaison between IT and business teams
- Understands working in AWS environment
- Maintain backlog in Jira and documents in Confluence
- Update KPIs as needed with team status’
- Analyze current processes and recommend improvements
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Must have 0-2 years of experience as a business analyst or related position
- Certification in SAFe Agile, preferred SAFe for Teams or Scrum Master
- Experience in government contracting is preferred
- Experience creating diagrams and roadmaps
- Strong communication skills are a must
- Must have advanced writing skills (translating technical language is highly desirable)
- Experience using Jira/Confluence
- Willing to learn and adapt to project needs as required

The annual salary range for this position is $45,000 to $55,000. Actual compensation will depend on a range of factors, including but not limited to the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, certifications, location, other business and organizational needs, and applicable employment laws. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
