Responsibilities:

Tiered Support Expertise
- Proven experience handling Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 support issues.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across various levels of support.

Single Sign-On (SSO) Administration
- Hands-on experience implementing, managing, and troubleshooting Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions.
- Knowledge of SSO protocols such as SAML, OAuth, or OpenID Connect.

Active Directory Management
- Expertise in establishing and managing user accounts in Active Directory.
- Experience setting group policies, managing organizational units (OUs), and maintaining domain security.

Asset Management
- Strong understanding of IT asset lifecycle management, including procurement, tracking, and decommissioning.
- Familiarity with asset management tools and practices.

Government Contracting (GovCon) Environment
- Familiarity with the unique requirements and workflows of a GovCon environment.
- Understanding of compliance and regulatory standards related to IT in a federal contractor setting.

Helpdesk Leadership
- Demonstrated experience as a Helpdesk Team Lead or similar role.
- Proven skills in prioritizing and delegating tasks in a high-pressure environment.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- 5–8 years of experience in IT support, with a significant portion spent in a leadership or advanced technical role
- Experience working in a back-office IT role within a federal contractor environment is highly preferred
- Familiarity with IT tools and systems commonly used in a GovCon environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to issue resolution
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with team members, end-users, and stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Relevant certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA Security , or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate are a plus
- Must be able to travel on-site 5 days per week to Windsor Mill, MD

The annual salary range for this position is $65,000 to $95,000. Actual compensation will depend on a range of factors, including but not limited to the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, certifications, location, other business and organizational needs, and applicable employment laws. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
