  • Conduct in-home supervisory visits, ensuring caregivers follow protocols and best practices.
  • Oversee compliance with healthcare regulations, agency policies, and client-specific care plans.
  • Hiring & Training
  • Collaborate with HR to recruit and onboard new caregivers, clearly defining role expectations and company values.
  • Identify ongoing training needs and coordinate skill development opportunities (e.g., workshops, certifications).
  • Recognize high-performing caregivers with praise, shout-outs, or small tokens of appreciation.
  • Administrative & Operational Duties
  • Maintain organized caregiver files, schedules, and documentation in compliance with confidentiality regulations.
  • Track relevant metrics (attendance, turnover, client satisfaction) and report findings to management.
  • Work closely with finance or payroll to verify and approve timesheets.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Leadership & Empathy: You naturally inspire trust and motivate others to uphold the highest care standards.
  • Adaptable & Solution-Oriented: Comfortable thinking on your feet, resolving scheduling dilemmas or caregiver concerns swiftly.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Able to listen intently, provide clear guidance, and foster open dialogue across the team.
  • Experience in Home Care/Healthcare: Preferably 2 years in a supervisory or management role, with a solid understanding of home care protocols and best practices.
  • Organized & Detail-Focused: Skillful at balancing multiple priorities—schedules, client needs, caregiver performance—without losing sight of overarching goals.
  • Commitment to Respect & Inclusivity: You believe in cultivating a respectful culture, where all staff feel supported and valued.

Why Join Our Team?

  • Meaningful Impact: Your leadership will directly affect how clients receive care and how caregivers grow in their roles.
