Reliable Property Services has an opening for an experienced Commercial Spray Technician. This position requires being licensed by the state of Minnesota for herbicide/pesticide application.

This position has the opportunity for growth and promotion as a foreman or crew leader.
Typical job duties include but are not limited to:
- Adhering to weekly routing schedule
- Oversee the mixing of chemicals and the application schedules for each property
- Maintain chemical supply and ensure all chemicals are stored safely
- Ensure appropriate paperwork is completed and turned in per guidelines
- Operate light and heavy vehicles, tools, and equipment in the application of various herbicides, pesticides, and lawn care functions, e.g. trucks, sprayers, tractors.
- Apply herbicides/pesticides as needed in accordance with prescribed use and within accepted industry practices, and rules and requirements of various Federal, State, and local regulatory agencies.
- Prepare and mix chemical agents used in the trade; Prepares work area prior to the beginning job and cleans area after completion of the job.
- Ensure the safe and appropriate use of various chemicals agents and substances, mixing such according to label instruction and product specifications, and using in accordance with prescribed safety precautions and directions.
- Perform other duties as required.
Ideal Candidates:
- Drivers license & clean driving record is required
- Must be 18 years-of-age or older.
- Preferred to have 5 years of experience in horticultural spraying on commercial and/or residential properties.
- Must possess and maintain an Herbicide and/or Pesticide Applicator License, or have the knowledge and ability to obtain one within 30 days of employment.
- Must have a demonstrated working knowledge of horticultural chemicals and spraying techniques.
- Must possess knowledge of chemical and spraying regulations.
Pay is competitive, and based on experience - TBD.
