Summary:
The Market Coordinator is primarily responsible for scheduling projects, CiO statuses, managing Work Orders, technicians and the Crew-Pay-Tracker (CPT) for their assigned area(s). You are a key contributor within the organization and a driving force of excellence with Reliable Services towards our goal of becoming the number one installer in Appliances, Cabinets and Water Heaters/Treatment.
Essential Functions:
Responsible for scheduling and all administrative support for all JOB TYPES Installations, Assessments and Work Orders for assigned area(s).
Daily review, scheduling and completion of the below CiO statuses in the key JOB TYPES for assigned area(s). Each status should have no pending items at the end of each day:
New
Need to Schedule
Need Admin Attention
On-Hold-Waiting on Trim Kit/Parts
WOM (Waiting On Money)
Using all resources available (Systems, Maps, etc), optimize each technician’s schedule to ensure cost-effective routes, meet Time in Phase goals and provide direct support to technicians as needed.
Collaborate and support scheduling of appliance installations for cabinet projects. In addition, collaborate and support scheduling of both Retail and SF and I teams ensuring customer projects are completed within an acceptable timeframe. Installation Technicians are a shared resource among 4 different teams. (Cabinets, Retail, SF&I and Appliances)
Responsible for reviewing daily CPT from previous workday(s) ensuring all project statuses are updated, accurate and have the correct sales and hours assigned to the project.
Ensure all PR Payments are collected and applied to the correct projects for invoicing.
Provide support and backup for incoming call queue to ensure the team meets all key performance indicators for proving excellent customer service (Abandonment Rate, Call Handle Time, Time in Queue, etc)
Respond to communication via email, text or instant messaging with urgency and professionalism.
Provide best-in-class service in terms of exceeding customer expectations, providing friendly and helpful customer support and maintaining all phone etiquette standards
Criteria for Hire:
5 years customer-centric experience in a call center or retail environment
Ability to manage multiple, competing scheduling and project priorities
History of being proactive, acting with urgency and solving complex problems
Have a positive outlook and attitude towards customer, yourself and your team
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills and experience
Meticulous and exceptional record-keeping
Hands-On experience with Microsoft Office 365 products [OneDrive, Word, Outlook, Excel] and database. Quick to learn new systems and technology.
Self-directed, reliable, organized, friendly, conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
