IT DevOps & Infrastructure Manager
Location: Auburn Hills, MI (Onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
Job Description:
The IT DevOps & Infrastructure Manager will lead a team of 7-8 professionals, overseeing the organization s IT infrastructure, DevOps practices, and cloud-based environments. This role is responsible for ensuring the stability, scalability, and security of IT operations while driving automation and process improvements.
Must-Haves:
- Proven experience in IT infrastructure, DevOps, and cloud operations.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams.
- Expertise in automation, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure (preferably Azure).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with monitoring and security tools for cloud and on-prem environments.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Background in data and analytics.
- Familiarity with networking, cybersecurity best practices, and compliance frameworks.
