Qualifications:
- Project management experience leading enterprise IT projects.
- Strong expertise in AS400/iSeries with a deep understanding of system architecture.
- Experience with J.D. Edwards (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proven ability to take full ownership of projects from inception to completion.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Familiarity with ERP implementations, data migrations, and system upgrades.
- Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in cloud migrations, API integrations, and ERP modernizations.
- PMP, CSM, or ITIL certification is a plus.
- Knowledge of SQL, RPG, or COBOL programming (not mandatory, but a plus).
- Take full accountability for project execution, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Provide weekly status reports with clear deliverables and timelines.
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure contingency planning.
