Job Responsibilities:
- Install pavers for patios, sidewalks, driveways, and retaining walls on a gravel base.
- Build and assemble custom outdoor kitchens.
- Prep job sites (excavation, grading, compaction).
- Operate equipment (saws, compactors, skid steers).
- Follow blueprints and supervisor instructions.
- Maintain a clean, safe job site and work in various weather conditions.
What We’re Looking For:
- Hands-on experience in hardscape, construction, landscaping or concrete
- Proficient with hand and power tools.
- Knowledge of base prep, leveling, and compaction techniques.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic, team player, and physically fit (lifting, bending, kneeling required).
