1st Shift Assembly Technician – Force Plate

Job Duties :

• Prepare transducer bodies for strain gage placement and bonding using a sandblaster and various cleaning agents.
• Mark transducer blanks to ensure gages are precisely placed in the required position and orientation.
• Perform precise adhesive bonding of strain gages and wiring tabs to marked transducer blanks.
• Conduct high-quality point-to-point soldering on small assemblies.
• Perform quality checks on finished assemblies.
• Work closely with production management to ensure timely and high-quality manufacturing of products.
