A local recycling yard is searching for candidates to work in their Pick Shack.
This is a temp-hire opportunity.
Shift: 8am-5pm Mon-Fri
Pay Rate: $17/hr, $17.50 when hired on
Benefits (after hire over): 2 weeks paid vacation, 401(k) match, 10 paid holidays, 5 paid sick days, Health & Dental insurance.
General Duties
- Metal sorting at pick belt.
- Ground clean up/shoveling.
- Operate skid steer.
- Operate shredder from control room.
- Trouble shoot for jams/issues.
- Drive truck (License not needed)
- Provide yard inspection coverage.
Qualifications
- 1 year of labor based work experience
- High school diploma preferred, but not required
