Holyoke manufacturing company currently seeking a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join their team. Full time, 1st shift and temp-hire opportunity! This role is essential in providing excellent customer support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, be proficient in computer literacy, and have a friendly demeanor to create a welcoming environment for clients and visitors.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
- Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Send acknowledgements to customers, daily documents to company departments, entering purchase orders and update inventory reports.
- Mailing packages and create shipping labels
- Run daily and weekly reports
- Order samples and office supplies
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in accordance with company policies.
- Assist with various administrative tasks as needed to support office operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience working for a manufacturing company is preferred!
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for effective file management.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Schedule: 8:30am-5pm Monday through Friday
