What You Will Be Doing
Oversee the tracking of capital expenditures (Capex) requests and ensure the Fixed Asset register is maintained accurately.
Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.
Develop and maintain financial models, conduct scenario analysis, and provide strategic support for decision-making and business performance evaluation.
Ensure accuracy in product costing and the bill of materials.
Lead the monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closing activities, ensuring the integrity of the General Ledger (G/L) and financial reports.
Prepare monthly Balance Sheet account reconciliations, ensuring the financial statements accurately reflect the company's financial health.
Take the lead in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities, including variance analysis and trend identification.
Manage and execute ad-hoc financial projects and initiatives as directed by management.
Experience You Will Need
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Financial Analyst or Senior Financial Analyst, with a proven track record in a similar role.
3-5 years of experience working with SAP S/4 Hana - required.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial data to a wide range of audiences.
Ability to perform detailed financial analysis, recognize key trends, and present actionable insights to support business decisions.
Strong focus on customer needs and the ability to collaborate in a team environment.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly advanced Excel skills, is a must.
Strong attention to detail with a structured thought process to ensure accuracy and clarity.
