As a Quality Improvement Specialist at our client, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our commitment to excellence by working alongside the National Director of Quality and Compliance Programs. You’ll help drive local and enterprise-wide quality initiatives, ensure smooth adherence to federal and state reporting processes, and serve as a key contact for incident reports, root cause analyses, and the implementation of corrective action plans.
