What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant/Receptionist position at Reliance First Capital, LLC?
Essential Job Functions
- Professionally answer telephone, direct calls to the appropriate associate and/or department
- Greet guests in a professional, friendly, and hospitable manner; announce guests to the appropriate associate and/or department
- Provide callers with requested information, i.e., company address, direction to the location, fax numbers, website, and other related information
- Update, post and distribute various agent and supervisor reports
- Maintain employee timecards, attendance and payroll records
- Administer paperwork to candidates as they arrive for scheduled interviews
- Sort and distribute incoming mail
- Prepare and mail borrower correspondence, adverse action letters, cancellation letters, and initial disclosure letters for potential borrowers
- Ensure all outgoing FedEx packages are placed in the pickup area on time for our daily scheduled pickup
- Ensure all compliance posters are posted as directed by Corporate HR
- Maintain the employee communications and recognition bulletin board
- May assist with other clerical duties, such as faxing, filing, collating, and making photo copies
- Additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisor
Requirements
- Outgoing, upbeat and personable
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational skills
- Able to multitask
